Mango Lemonade

You’ll need: 1 mango, 1 1/2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of lemon juice, and 1/4 cup of sugar

Step 1: Start by making a simple syrup. Mix 1/2 cup of water with the sugar and heat it in a saucepan until it’s dissolved. Once it’s dissolved, allow the syrup to cool.

Step 2: Peel the mango and puree it. Then, add the mango puree, syrup, lemon juice, and the remaining water into a pitcher and mix well.

Step 3: Serve over ice and enjoy.

Kiwi Lemonade

You’ll need: 1 cup of kiwi (peeled), 3 1/2 cups of water, 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice, and ice

Step 1: Start by pureeing the peeled kiwi and pouring the contents into a strainer.

Step 2: Take a saucepan and heat 1/2 cup of water and the white sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Remove it from the heat once dissolved and allow the syrup to cool.

Step 3: Next, pour the syrup into a pitcher and stir in the 3 cups of cold water. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to the mixture and stir again.

Step 4: Refrigerate the lemonade for about 1 hour. Then, serve it over ice. This batch makes for 6 glasses of lemonade.

Pro Tip: If you’d like to amp up the green color of your drink, simply add in a few drops of green food coloring.

Honey Mint Lemonade

You’ll need: 3 3/4 cups of water, 3/4 cups of sugar, 1/3 cup (packed) of freshly chopped mint leaves, 1 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of honey

Step 1: Start by creating the mint simple syrup. Stir together 3/4 cup of water, the sugar, and the mint. Then, add this mixture to a saucepan and cook it over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. This should take about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Once the sugar has dissolved completely, remove the saucepan from the heat. Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.

Step 3: Strain the simple syrup through a fine mesh strainer and discard the mint.

Step 4: Pour the syrup into a pitcher. Then, stir in the remaining 3 cups of water, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well.

Step 5: Refrigerate the lemonade. When you’re ready to serve, pour the lemonade over ice and garnish your glass with mint.

Lavender Lemonade

You’ll need: 6 cups of water, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of agave nectar (or honey), 3 tablespoons of dried lavender, 2 cups of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 lemon (sliced)

Step 1: Start by making the simple syrup. Take a small saucepan and combine the sugar with two cups of water. Cook this mixture over medium-high heat and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Once dissolved, remove the mixture from the heat.

Step 2: Stir in the dried lavender and agave nectar. Then, cover the saucepan for about 15 minutes and allow the mixture to steep. Once steeped, strain the lavender. (Be sure to release and save all of the syrup and juices.)

Step 3: Take a large pitcher and combine the lavender mixture with lemon juice and the remaining cups of water. Chill the lavender lemonade for about an hour and serve it over ice. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Pro Tip: Would you like to take your drink up a notch? Make it even more special by adding a few drops of blue or purple food coloring to the pitcher of lemonade.
