Step 1: Start by making a simple syrup. Mix 1/2 cup of water with the sugar and heat it in a saucepan until it’s dissolved. Once it’s dissolved, allow the syrup to cool.
Step 2: Peel the mango and puree it. Then, add the mango puree, syrup, lemon juice, and the remaining water into a pitcher and mix well.

You’ll need: 3 3/4 cups of water, 3/4 cups of sugar, 1/3 cup (packed) of freshly chopped mint leaves, 1 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of honey
Step 1: Start by creating the mint simple syrup. Stir together 3/4 cup of water, the sugar, and the mint. Then, add this mixture to a saucepan and cook it over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. This should take about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Once the sugar has dissolved completely, remove the saucepan from the heat. Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: Strain the simple syrup through a fine mesh strainer and discard the mint.
Step 4: Pour the syrup into a pitcher. Then, stir in the remaining 3 cups of water, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well.
Step 5: Refrigerate the lemonade. When you’re ready to serve, pour the lemonade over ice and garnish your glass with mint.
